One of the least known rebuilders of locomotives in Ohio is Ohio railway supply in Kent, Ohio. To get there you

Just outside of Kent there is also the Portage Limestone company which uses it's own ex. Conrail Gp-10 to switch their
gravel and aggregate plant. The city of Kent also decorates this locomotive for Christmas and uses it to deliver Santa
during their Festival of Lights as seen in the picture below.
